Counselling with Pamela
I believe in the human capacity to grow, heal and change. I provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals of all ages to understand themselves and address the challenges they face. For each client, I provide a customized plan for your journey, along with multiple effective skills and tools.
I can help you
-
find self-acceptance
-
work through relationship challenges
-
cope and grow through grief and loss
-
change ineffective behaviours
-
Increase self-compassion
After each individual session
you will receive for free:
-
A recap of what was discussed
-
Tailored personal practices for the week
-
A digital copy of provided resources
For adult clients, I identify strengths, while tackling challenges through a step-by-step process that offers insight, clarity and long term solutions.
For adolescents, I provide a trustworthy space to explore who you are and how you want to live. I can help you meet the demands of school, work and social circles. You will gain clarity and have the tools you need to navigate today's world.
For children, I offer individualized, carefully planned and creatively delivered play therapy. Through play, each child will gain a sense themselves, skills to amend challenging behaviours and tips to help throughout the week, whether at home or school.

Individual counselling provides a safe, supportive environment to discover an explanation for your symptoms or problem. Whatever life challenge brought you to counselling, I am confident we can develop a plan that, moving forward, can help make each day better.
02.
Play is the means through which we understand ourselves, the world and our place in the world. I offer a kind, supportive presence that encourages each child’s innocence and discovery.
03.
The focus of family counselling is to provide all family members with the tools they need to create healthy communication and interpersonal relationships. It is an opportunity to explore areas of conflict and increase problem solving skills.
